Position description:
Lead the new engine design and development activities
Primary Responsibilities:
Ability to do CAD layout review and conduct design review & arrive solutions
Lead the team of engineers for designing and arriving drawing spec
Guide team of engineers for development
Resolve engineering issues & DFMEA tools use & Problem solving tools use
Exposure to engine calibration
Hands on experience in engine calcuations
Manufacturing knowledge & ability to choose right process for design
Dealing with supplier & develop technology or feature for the new engine
