Senior Operations Analyst, APAC

Job Description / Scope

• Act as the single point of accountability for the deal desk across APAC region
• Support weekly & quarterly forecasting & opportunity management
• Work with team to identify funnel risks and create mitigation plans
• Provide input to the annual and quarterly target setting process
• Ensure the SOTI operational framework and governance is adhered to,
• Develop and implement process changes through best practice and continuous improvement
• Deliver Sales Operations & process training
• Work with Sales Leaders to understand regional nuances; develop ad-hoc and regional commercial offerings as required
• Be an advocate and business partner, to ensure successful integration of sales & marketing with other functions at SOTI
• Assist team with reporting and requests to deliver Quarterly Business Reviews

Qualifications / Experience

• Operations/Finance experience working within a Sales / Marketing environment
• SAAS experience advantageous
• Business Partnering proficiency with Cross-functional experience
• A strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
• Self starter, able to work under own initiative
• Ability to work across challenges
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Minimum requirement bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, IT or similar subject
