Senior Officer Primary & Early Years

Job Description:

• Resolve all issues/ queries related to academics raised by campuses/Network Associates (regarding quality of DLPs,SOWs, exam papers, marking keys, curriculum, books, workbooks, etc.)
• Manage and organise professional development programmes (internal/external trainings) for School Heads and teachers
• Continuously enhance the quality of education through development and curriculum implementation
• Evaluate the accessibility of the learning environment/resources and maintain customer satisfaction
• Support the Head Office Academics Team in the development academic material (curriculum /publications /DLPs/ readers, etc.) and provide feedback on it
• Assist the regional team in evaluation of schools to ensure customer satisfaction
