What you’ll do:
- Would contribute to Brand work, communication testing, consumer programs and customer experience
- Get deeper understanding of the categories that you will manage, their business and their consumer
- Create a customised solution for all business requirements, create actionable solutions with customer-first
- Identify the levers to run a successful business – new initiatives by FK and existing businesses – customer
- Custodian of the customer and be the independent and neutral voice of the customer in the organization.
- Ability to simplify the business problems and translate them into business asks, be able to create
- Deep understanding of the various methodologies and applications of the same as per the business
- Be comfortable with offline, online and digital ecosystems – NLP, social media listening, Passive monitoring
- Designing complex and large researches for the category – like Segmentation and U&A, conjoint and
- Have a point of view regarding the business solutions as proposed as part of the research. Create a holistic
- Development of tech-forward and innovative, expert research agencies ecosystem so that FK always works
- Be able to translate the consumer insights into business solutions (or atleast drive the insights closer to the
- Perfect story telling and presentation skills are an absolute must for this role.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Research and business/ client-side – a combination of the 2 is preferred.
