Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Ecommerce at Hariba Dairy Farm located in Surat. The Senior Manager Ecommerce will be responsible for day-to-day management of the ecommerce business including but not limited to sales, marketing, customer service, website design and optimization, inventory management, and analytical reporting. The Senior Manager Ecommerce will also collaborate with other departments to ensure proper integration and overall success of the company.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Strong Communication and leadership skills
• Proven track record in Sales and E-commerce Business Management
• Proficiency in E-commerce platforms, online marketing and social media
• Excellent knowledge of Marketing strategies and analytics
• Knowledge of Inventory management, supply chain, and logistics
• Experience in E-commerce Food industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Retail, Marketing, Business, or related field
