Job Description:
At least one AWS Certification
Kubernetes: Hands-on production environment support experience. Ability to configure & support Ingress controller, PVC, PODs & Deployments, Replica Set, Services, Service account setup etc.
AWS - Compute: Proficiency with EC2, Glue, EKS, Lambda etc.; Understanding of Kafka
AWS - Storage: Proficiency with S3, EBS, Glacier, etc.
AWS - Databases: Knowledge of RDS, DynamoDB, Redshift, etc.
AWS - Networking: Experience with VPC, Transitive Gateway, Route 53, etc.
Security: Exposure to AWS security services like IAM, KMS, Security Groups, Transfer Family and NACLs. Knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Monitoring and Logging: Proficiency in AWS monitoring tools like CloudWatch or CloudTrail or third-party solutions (LogicMonitor). Ability to analyse logs, metrics, and traces to diagnose issues and optimize performance.
Disaster Recovery and High Availability: Experience in designing and implementing disaster recovery strategies in AWS. Understanding of HA (High Availability) principles and architectural design.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaaC); exposure on Pulumi/Terraform scripts for infrastructure automation.
Exposure to Skills in administering, configuring, and troubleshooting both Linux and Windows environments.
Able to work independently and in teams/cross functional teams.
Should be able handle the meetings with Project Team/Customer. Should be a self-starter who actively involves in discussion and provides observations/suggestions proactively.
Skills with presentation/reporting/PoC/Demo
Should be flexible and ready to extend support when needed.
Based on business need, should be ready to support in shifts.
Should be adaptive to technology shifts per business needs.
