Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI & Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our AI SaaS platform, web apps, websites, and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in major design tools and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
UX/UI Design:
● Design user-centric interfaces for our AI SaaS platform, including web and mobile applications.
● Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Graphic Design:
● Develop visual elements, branding materials, and graphics for our digital assets.
● Collaborate with marketing to create engaging visuals for campaigns and presentations.
Design Collaboration:
● Work closely with product managers and developers to translate concepts into user-friendly designs.
● Participate in user research and testing to continuously improve the design and functionality of our products.
Design System Management:
● Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Project Management:
● Manage multiple design projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design and graphic design, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
● Portfolio showcasing expertise in web and mobile app design.
Key Skills and Tools Required:
● Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
● Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
● Experience with HTML, REACT, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
● Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
● Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
● Knowledge of current UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
