·       Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, andhigh-performance server-side applications using Node.js.

·       Collaborate with front-end developers to integrateuser-facing elements with server-side logic.

·       Implement and maintain APIs for seamless communicationbetween server and client applications

·       Contribute to the overall architecture and design of thesoftware applications.

·       Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices andcode quality standards are met.

·       Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimizeapplications for maximum speed and scalability.

·       Work closely with cross-functional teams, includingproduct managers, designers, and other developers, to understand projectrequirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

·       Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot andresolve issues in a timely manner

·       Provide technical leadership and mentorship to juniordevelopers.

·       Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, andemerging technologies, and actively share knowledge within the team.

·       Write automated tests to ensure the reliability andstability of applications.

·       Participate in the deployment process and troubleshootissues in various environments.

·       Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentationfor code, APIs, and system architecture.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Node.js Developer, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior or lead role.
  
• Solid understanding of the Node.js runtime, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.
  
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  
• Strong proficiency in database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and relevant frameworks.
  
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  
• Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS is good to have.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
