The Role :
Our client is a product designed to help businesses communicate more effectively with their customers and stakeholders. Loved by thousands of customers, we are expanding our suite with new products, growth strategies to cover the gamut for SaaS Product leaders and are looking for backend engineers to expand and scale our platform. You will be working with geeks building next generation onboarding and data analytics product.
Responsibilities :
- Participate in the design and development of high-performance business applications, from requirements analysis to production
- Constantly improve software quality (evaluate and incorporate new libraries, tools, and technologies; code reviews; refactoring; testing; etc.)
- Analyze and improve application performance
- Search for simple and robust solutions to complex tasks
- Take ownership of all aspects of our product: architecture, quality, user experience
- Show leadership through code review, mentoring, and assisting technical and non-technical coworkers
- Work with following technologies: Java, Spring, Structs, Hibernate, GCP, Kafka, Mongodb, Redis, Mysql, Typescript, React, Preact, Vite, Storybook & nodejs
Requirements :
- At least 6 years of experience developing rich web applications.
- Strong fundamentals and deep understanding in modern Javascript and web technologies (html5, css3, es6, Typescript, React, Redux, Vite, Storybook, Rollup)
- Good experience in building high performant and resilient backend services in Java, Nodejs, Python or Erlang
- Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud storage, Load balancers and Google PubSub
- Ability to rapidly learn new tools and codebases, and integrate new features smoothly into existing architecture
- Developed and published non-trivial packages to npm package registry
- Experience working in a startup environment (preferred)
- Taking part in a large scale SaaS platform development (preferred)
