Role Description :
Elemica is seeking a Senior Software Engineer who is responsible for building the next-gen solutions for some of the largest companies in the world. You will work as a front-end user interface develop and will part of the development team, and work closely with UX/UI designers and graphic designers. You will partner with backend developers to deliver consistent and reliable user experience. You will work with our designers to improve usability for our customers. You will optimize web design for mobile and other form factors to maximize performance. You will work with designers to ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency. Ultimately, your work will have a direct impact on the user experience of our customers.
Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver robust, scalable, and secure distributed software systems spanning edge and cloud.
- Develop web and smartphone-based secure user interfaces in Angular using typescript, CSS, and HTML5.
- Experience in integrating with REST API.
- Work with modern tooling (Eclipse / IntelliJ, Maven, Git, SBT, etc.)
- Apply software design patterns.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Should have experience with testing and debugging.
Experience and Skills Required :
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in an enterprise software environment
- Experience in frontend technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Angular, Web Components and responsive design
- Experience in building applications in Angular-Material
- Experience in reactive Programming
- Experience building user interfaces on top of RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience working with Web Services
- Ability to write unit tests (TDD practices) for frontend code.
- Analytical skills and creative thinking.
- Good Communication skills
- Good understanding of Agile product development methodologies and concepts.
- Ability to write Unit test cases.
- Review and refactor code.
- Support junior developers' work.
- Should have good problem-solving skills and be able to work well in a team.
