Senior Finance Specialist - Contract To Billing

What this job involves:

• The candidate should have experience in the invoicing/recognition process.
• The candidate should know the process of the recognition of those invoices as per the Professional fee breakdown stated in the contract and as per the obligation to be completed by JLL to the client under the contract.
• The candidate should regularly follow up with the Project lead, to project the invoicing schedule and the recognition schedule.
• The candidate is responsible for keeping the invoicing and recognition schedule up to date and reflective of the latest project status of all Stratcon projects.
• The candidate is responsible for raising the invoices on time by instructing the team admin staff or by himself/herself, immediately upon the submission of the report to the client. This includes raising or booking any intercompany invoices.
• The candidate is responsible for assisting the Senior Manager responsible for the management reporting, to prepare the monthly management reporting (3-month forward flash and pipeline submission).
• The candidate should regularly follow up with the Project lead and the client to get the payment status (aging report) of all o/s invoices. The status of the aging report should be updated regularly.
• The candidate is responsible for keeping all admin-related trackers up to date (proposal tracking sheet, business win tracker, contract status tracker).

Are you a commerce degree holder with 7 to 9 years of experience in accounts and finance? Do you have a solid background in reporting procedures? Do you have a strong working knowledge of account reconciliation, financial summaries, and cash flow statements?
