Senior Executive - Admissions Outreach

Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence is inviting applications from experienced Admissions Outreach experts. The candidate will be part of the Admissions and Outreach team and will be involved in developing, planning, and executing all aspects of highly professional Outreach Programs in India and Abroad. The candidate will have to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders such as students, parents, counselors, school principals, directors, CEOs, and founders by sharing information on the undergraduate programs offered by the University. Willing to travel extensively across the country.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create and execute end-to-end outreach activities.
• Organize open days, webinars, education fairs, workshops, school seminars, and other outreach events for prospective students, teachers, counselors, and principals.
• Address a large audience and educate them about the University and its offerings.
• Interact with senior leaders like principals, directors, CEOs, and founders of the premier schools in India and Abroad.
• Coordinate and partner with internal stakeholders such as faculty, leadership, and non-teaching staff at the University to promote the programs.
• Manage phone and email communication with prospective students and parents and counsel them on their careers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Qualification - Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream/ MBA Preferred
• Should have very good connections with counselors and principals with A+ category schools in India and abroad.
• Ability to think independently, process-centric approach, ability to work in a cross-functional team environment, Attention to detail, Energetic and Enthusiastic.
• Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills (verbal & written)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint).
• Open to extensive travel across the nation and work with people from diverse backgrounds.
