Senior Engineer Maintenance

Position Overview:
To supervise shift Maintenance activities in Plant.
Responsibilities:
Shift Incharge Maintenance – Machine Shop, Weld Shop, Assembly and Paint Shop

• Hands on experience in maintenance of PLC controlled machines (Mitsubishi, Siemens, & Allen Bradley).
• Hands on experience in maintenance of CNC controlled machines (Fanuc & BFW, fagor).
• Knowledge of PLC programming of Mitsubishi, Siemens, & Allen Bradley make PLC)
• Knowledge of Induction Heaters, Thermocouple's, Power electronics, trouble shooting.
• Knowledge of working on HV, IR Test Panels of Assembly shop.
• Effective Spare parts management.
• Knowledge of Documentation's like M.I.S, Why Why Analysis, Preparation of PM Checklist and PM Scheduling Etc.
• Implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
• Working with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC, VFD)
• Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
• Electrical & Electronics Spares management.
• In house repairing of electronic cards, electrical gadgets.
• Software backup of all plant machines, Cloning of hard drives.
• Compliance to Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
• Implementation of system (ISO-9001, ISO-14000 AND OSHAS –18000) based activities.
  

Education/Experience:

• Include required and desired education and experience components.
• Diploma / BE in Electrical/ Electronic Engg.
  

Additional Information:

• Language - English & Hindi

• Expert with MS office, Knowledge of Oracle (Favorable)
