Shift time: 6am to 3.15pm IST
Skill:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in complex and large-scale projects for credit / lending processes.
Responsibilities:
Responsible foranalyzing and defining complex business requirements, conducting in-depthresearch, and translating findings into clear specifications for softwaredevelopment to meet business objectives. Reporting to the Business ImprovementManager, key responsibilities include:
- Elicit and document detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and studying existing documents and systems
- Conduct thorough data analysis and process mapping to identify business needs and areas for improvement
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements
- Provide recommendations to key stakeholders based on data analysis to support business strategies
- Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to implement solutions to improve business processes.
- Create clear and concise business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Assess the impact of proposed changes on existing processes, systems, and stakeholders.
- Develop user manuals, training materials, and documentation to support end-users in understanding new systems and processes.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in complex and large-scale projects for credit / lending processes.
- Experience with various business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, process analysis, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Skill in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, business leaders, and development teams.
- Industry certifications related to business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are advantageous.
