Job Objective:
Objective of this job is to part of development team (open-source) for IT projects; Evaluate Technical architectures and provide recommendations; software development teams, Infrastructure outsourcing team, DBAs; Benchmark new technologies; work on continuous upgradation of technical artifacts.
Core Responsibilities:
• Software development team member; interface with stakeholder teams and act as a SPOC (single point of contact).
• Potential candidate shall be working on:
o Entire SDLC framework; IDE (Integrated Development Environments) Eclipse, NetBeans.
o Estimation techniques to calculate the efforts for software/solution design.
o Data structures/DB schema/ troubleshooting & optimization of DB issues.
o Web development in Open source (Java/J2EE) /host centric platforms architecture, JBoss/Apache /Tomcat / Weblogic.
§ Data modeling techniques.
§ Java/J2ee.
§ Legacy Application/data Migration - operational and implementation.
§ Application Integration - DB/code driven compatibility.
§ Service based development.
§ Development in MS SQL Server / Oracle / My SQL.
§ JBoss /Mavel /Tomcat, Websphere.
§ Working experience in Spring 4.x, Hibernate, Spring MVC , Spring Data Spring Boot, Angular 1.x , Angular 2+, jQuery, CSS3, Bootstrap, HTML5, JavaScript etc.
§ REST / WebAPI Development.
• Application Performance optimization.
• Working experience on latest versions of build tool like maven, gradle etc.
• Unit Testing; JMETER and automation frameworks.
• Guide the other team member to solve their technical issues.
• Proven track record of team leading, team building and managing diverse teams across organisation.
• Should have strong analytical and problem solving skill.
• Version Control Tools.
• Projects/Task Management tools.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Generating PoC (Proof of Concepts) directly and through a team.
Profile:
Essential Criteria:
Education:
B.E / B.Tech (Any stream) / MCA / MSc (CS/IT)
or
Post-graduation in (CS/IT)
Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Work experience must span over minimum 4 web based development assignments.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
• Working experience for government clients would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of CMMi Level 4 and above framework.
• Technology benchmarking experience.
• Functional and Regression / Integration testing.
