Senior Developer (C# .Net, Azure)

Our client, a 90 year old Belgium Retail giant, is looking for a experienced developer with expertise in C#, .NET & Azure Services.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to continuous development of product features within a scrum team
• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and lead implementation
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring quality deliverables
• Provide estimates and support project planning
• Bridge communication between engineers, analysts, and architects
• Translate complex technical concepts for different stakeholders
• Focus on optimization and detail-oriented support

Desired skillset:

• 6-10 years experience in Azure services (Service Bus, Azure API Management, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Redis), C#, .NET, API deployment, SQL Server.
• 3 years experience with Kubernetes on Azure.
• Familiar with Application Insights, Azure App Configuration and Azure Key Vault.
• Skilled in building secure APIs, messaging systems, integration technologies, asynchronous backend tasks, and mobile software deployment.
• Familiar with one or more CI/CD environments: Gitlab CI, Github Actions, Circle CI, etc
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Adaptable to SCRUM, Agile methodologies, and tight deadlines.
• Willing to travel to Belgium.
