Job Description :
- Should be passionate about customer-driven and service -oriented environment
- Should address customers issues effectively and achieve high levels of customer���� satisfaction
- Develop and document processes along the way.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day operational activities and workflow.
- Ensure Quality of services and processes.
- On going reporting to the Management.
Eligiblity :
- Male /Female� with any degree
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Strong analytical,decision-making and problem solving skills
- Experience in Project Management /Customer Service Management would be an added advantage.
- Should be an immediate joiner Should be willing to Work From Office in the Australian Shift Monday - Friday (3:30 am to 12:30 pm IST)
