Roles & Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling, research-driven copy for memorable marketing campaigns that would run across multiple online and offline platforms.
- Create fresh, exciting, and effective communication for the target audience with a clear and distinct voice.
- Develop and adhere to the communication strategy for each brand under Body Cupid Pvt Ltd.
- Think on your feet to churn out quality content like app push notifications, emailers etc.
- Work closely with the internal and other cross-functional teams including the central design team, growth team and marketing teams.
- Adapt your writing style to meet the needs of our brand and target audience
- Maintain impeccable grammar and punctuation to deliver content that is both informative and polished
- Develop seasonal product messaging and positioning by working closely with marketing and product teams.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and tonality of the brand across creative content including campaign copies, ad copies, app banners & push notifications, monthly sale events, social media captions, etc.
- You will be a custodian of the brand's communication tonality. Consistency and quality will be of paramount importance.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality content
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Beauty & Personal care content writing and incorporate them into content creation processes.
Educational/ Experience requirements:
- A fine arts degree (preferred) or an undergraduate degree in Graphic Design/ Visual Communication/ Typography, or a related subject.
- 6+ years of experience
- Experience in creating content for a Beauty & Personal Care brand is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and advertising strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience optimizing content for search engines.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing high-quality content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in copy editing and research/ fact checking.
- Self-starter with the ability to take complete ownership of a project.
