Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction work

Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning and design stages of Civil Engineering projects.
• Conduct due diligence on the impact and feasibility of new construction sites.
• Oversee all project stages from initial layouts to final engineering designs.
• Survey new construction sites and evaluate existing structures for upgrades.
• Design and recommend improvements to computer-aided design (CAD) software drawings and schematics.
• Conduct cost estimations and prepare project budgets.
• Develop work schedules, allocate resources, and supervise junior engineers, construction managers, technicians, and contractors.
• Ensure Civil Engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Inspect completed projects for compliance with industry codes, specifications, and safety standards.
• Document processes and present project progress updates to senior management.
