Job summary
Provide unparalleled customer service and assistance with Business Travel requirementsUtilize industry, product, and destination knowledge for effective and efficient quotes and booking servicesKey Responsibilities: Customer Engagement, Quality assurance, Interdepartmental engagement, Business development
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Provide consultative customer service and professionalism for travel reservations• Ensure client is informed of and represented in all terms and conditions during booking• Meet and exceed client service level agreements• Proactively escalate potential issues to manager for timely resolution• Follow SLA and maintain quality in Global Distribution System• Assist inter office departments to fulfill client requirements• Support products team through brainstorming opportunities and running program• Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong time management and organizational skills, attention to detail• Functional Competencies: Hold on CRS (Amadeus), knowledge of visas, insurance, and ticketing, knowledge of products and destination• Relevant experience: 3-6 years of experience in international and domestic travel/ticketing
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• Excellent customer service skills in a travel environment• Strong time management and organizational skills• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload• Strong attention to detail• Good hold on CRS (Amadeus), knowledge of visas, insurance, and ticketing• Knowledge of products including car hire, hotels, and rail• Domestic and international destination/geographical knowledge• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of international travel notifications and guidelines• 3-6 years of experience in international and domestic travel/ticketing
