Responsibilities
Develop robust and scalable backend solutions for our web applications.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Design and implement data storage solutions using MongoDB, SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Conduct thorough testing of backend applications to ensure functionality and reliability.
Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development or in production.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend new technologies or approaches to improve efficiency and productivity.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Backend Developer with 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
Strong proficiency in PHP frameworks, Python, and Laravel.
Solid understanding of backend technologies such as MongoDB, SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
