In 2014, RTI International established RTI International India (RTI India), wholly owned subsidiary, as a testament to the strategic importance that India holds with regards to the global development agenda.
RTI is now conducting a research project focused on Electric Vehicle component value chain, with a focus on heavy vehicles such as e-buses, trucks and other commercial vehicles.
RTI is seeking an experienced individual as a consultant to for purpose of supporting consultations with stakeholders in government and industry.

Scope: Activities required to be undertaken are detailed below:
- Review various reports, presentations etc. prepared by the research team for quality and consistency.
- Organize meetings with key stakeholders in Government to organize 1-1 meetings to present findings, seek feedback and incorporate their suggestions. All logistics will be taken care of by RTI admin. team. Key Government stakeholders include, but not limited to:
Ministry of Heavy Industries
Ministry of Commerce and Industries
Niti Aayog
Department of Science and Technology
Ministry of Finance
- Identify key industry contacts and work with the team to organize 1-1 meetings to discuss recommendations. Meetings will also include other stakeholders such as automobile industry association, thinktanks etc.
- Support in conduct of 3-4 stakeholder consultation workshops and contribute in various aspects including design and planning of workshop. All logistics will be taken care of by RTI admin. team.
- Any other task that may be assigned.

Travel: Short trips within India to metro locations for stakeholder consultation maybe required. Travel cost will be covered.
