Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day to day admin operations.
- Work closely with stakeholders like security agency and hosekeeping (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) to solve any emergencies
- Representing company in different forums.
- Responsible for generating leads with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new projects.
- Generating Existing & New Building leads through phone calls or Site Visit.
- Develop and nurture harmonious relationship with existing/new clients, builders and owners though proactive calls, personal meetings and networking.
- Initiate meetings & negotiations between Client, Developer/Landlord goes smoothly.
- Arrange and conduct Site/Building Inspections smoothly in terms of planning, access to the premises.
- Accompany customers on site visits and make sure that customer is briefed in detail about the project.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors of degree with 0 to 3 years of experience in B2B Sales experience, admin, operations.
- Good Communication & presentation skill.
- Exceptional person to lead from the front in executions.
- Strong familiarity with local Commercial/Corporate Hospitality & Real Estate market and Infrastructure expansion would be plus.
Fluent in Kannada, English and Tamil would be added advantage.
