We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The Accounts Executive will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations within the real estate sector. Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts related to real estate transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of financial transactions for various properties and projects.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections for real estate developments and investments.
- Coordinate with property management teams to ensure timely collection of rents, lease renewals, and accurate recording of rental income.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity requirements for ongoing real estate projects and investments.
- Conduct regular reviews of property-related expenses, including utilities, maintenance, and taxes, to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel to facilitate audits, tax filings, and compliance matters.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and industry standards relevant to the real estate sector.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes related to real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role in the real estate industry, with a minimum of [insert number] years of relevant experience.
