SECURITY INCHARGE/ Factory Admin - VASAI East (Maharashtra)
We are looking for detail-oriented and energetic candidate ( Ex Service Man / Ex-Defense personal) with good interpersonal skills and who is well versed in
factory laws and who can effectively supervise various external activities & issues of factory like security, daily maintenance work of utilities etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will administer physical security operations for the site.
Experience in site supervision of exterior site.
Conduct physical security risk assessments on an annual basis and in alignment with corporate guidelines.
Ensure that all the processes and operations are carried out as per the standard work instructions, procedures, and specifications.
If required suggest suitable modifications in plant and utilities
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.candidate with good interpersonal skills and who is well versed in factory laws and who can effectively supervise various external activities & issues of factory like security, daily maintenance work of utilities etc.
2. Graduate with soft skills, expertise in MS office, should be versatile with Email,, etc..
3. Proven ability to influence, supervise, and lead others, solve problems and work under schedule.
4. Knowledge or association with security related consultants, vendors, and professional organizations
Preferred candidates EX SERVICEMEN military background / An Army/Navy/Airforce/ Armed Force/CRPF etc.. Officer, who took voluntary retirement and ready to join immediately.
