Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. Your typical day will involve managing and overseeing the project team, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. - Manage and oversee the project team, ensuring timely delivery of projects and adherence to security standards and regulations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including working with clients to understand their security requirements and providing guidance on best practices. - Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Strong understanding of security standards and regulations. - Experience in managing and delivering security projects. - Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful security projects. - This position is based at our Pune office.Minimum 15 years of full time education
