The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our platform adheres to regulatory standards, identifies potential risks, and implements effective controls to mitigate those risks. Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Management:
- Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure Vantage Circle's platform compliance.
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices.
Risk Assessment:
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks associated with the platform's features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Audit and Monitoring:
- Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
- Implement continuous monitoring mechanisms to identify and address potential compliance issues in real-time.
Policy Development:
- Work closely with the legal and security teams to develop and update information security and privacy policies.
- Communicate policies effectively to internal teams and ensure understanding and adherence.
Incident Response:
- Develop and maintain an incident response plan, including procedures for identifying, responding to, and mitigating security incidents.
- Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Training and Awareness:
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance and security best practices.
- Foster a culture of awareness and compliance within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management).
- Proven experience as a GRC Analyst or in a similar role within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, data privacy, and information security.
- Familiarity with industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
