- Constantly check for search terms, SEO rankings, and analytics to measure the performance of the company website and recommend improvements accordingly
- Drive targeted and faithful traffic to the website by community building
- Focus on enhancing user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods to divert visitors into active customers, thus improving website performance
- Use of social media to promote content and enable more external websites to link to your content, thereby increasing its impact
- Develop and incorporate effective content marketing strategies
- Up-to-date with the algorithms set by the Search Engine rankings
Skills Required
- Thorough understanding of SEO (both On-page and Off-page strategies)
- Operational skills and hands-on experience in handling web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search console, etc.)
- Insights of H1 tags, Meta tags, XML sitemaps, status codes, robots.txt, and the proficiency to resolve crawling issues
- Concrete understanding of what major steps to take for making an SEO campaign successful
- Ability to have critical thinking and adapt right strategies for campaigns considering the competitor's strategies
- Good knowledge of analyzing and interpreting data
- Ability to conduct apt keyword research
- Flexible enough to switch strategies at any time without losing momentum
