Address- Conduct thorough assessment & evaluation of sheet metal press dies from design, operation & maintenance point of view. Provide solutions to vendors to improve Die condition and monitor implementation of improvements.
- Gap identification and providing solution for vendor up-gradation related to Press, Dies maintenance & Stamping process. Monitor improvements implementation & their sustenance.
- Root cause analysis of stamping defects generated at vendors. Improve Quality and productivity of Sheet metal press parts to meet MSIL requirements.
- Training of vendors in Press, Die Maintenance, Die design & Stamping process
- Prepare timely reports & presentations inline with MSIL requirements
- Knowledge & experience of Maintenance of Press Dies.
- Knowledge & experience of Press Die design and development process.
- Knowledge of Press machines & stamping processes.
- Understanding of New Technologies in Press & Dies.
- Knowledge and usage of MS Office Tools, AutoCAD
