Job Description

The Scrum Master is expected to support individual teams, helping them to optimize their way of working and leading them to become a high performance team.Your jobdemands -

• Hands on experience as aScrum Master forArtificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Deep Learning(AI/ML/DL)based projects (Computer Vision domain knowledge preferred).

This is a mandatory expectation

• Good knowledgein Dataspaceand AI/ML/DL areas (preferably in AI based Computer Vision)
• Being accountable for solution delivery
• Building and Managing High Performance Teams
• Hands on Experience in all areas scrum practices that includes Prioritizing Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Task Estimation for Sprints, Tracking the Sprint Tasks, Sprint Retrospect, Sprint Metrics & Reporting
• Good exposurein project coordination - keeping in line with the product roadmap and planning timely deliveries. Conducting timely meetings.
• Good exposure toproject management tools
• Ensuring quality deliverables
• Experience in Stakeholder engagement, negotiation, team management
• Good Communication skillsYou will be working closely with a focused group of AI/DL engineers in a data based development cycle andmanaging theteam to work effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Atleast a Bachelors or Masters of Engineering in Computer sciences, Electrical sciences or related areas.
• Overall Experience in software industry: atleast 8 years
• Relevantexperience as a Scrum Master for a minimum of 2 years in a commercially delivered / series production projects(ML/DL/AI/Databased project experience is

mandatory)

• A Scrum master certification
• You have an Agile mindset

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters of Engineering in Computer or Electrical Science
