SAP SuccessFactors Learning-Application Designer

Project Role : Application Designer Project Role Description : Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills : SAP SuccessFactors Learning Good to have skills : NA Minimum 4 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Key Reponsibilities : Update the configuration workbook and functional spec documents Analyze identify system limitations and requirement gaps Configure the SuccessFactors Learning system as per client requirement Develop Test scenarios, scripts, cases and data Support cutover document preparation, Go live activities and Hypercare support Support product demo and participate in workshops Creating strategies that help clients to co- innovate with us Technical Experience : 1Should be able to demo the solution to the client and consult them on the best alternatives 2Should be able to prepare requirements, design and test, document the solution 3Should be able to review half yearly release upgrades, roll out the upgrade and coordinate the release analysis with the client 4SF certification with exp and expertise in LMS Domain exp would be an advantage 5Min 2 Full life-cycle end to end implementation Exp in support projects would be an advantage Professional Attributes : Should have good communcation skill and quick learner
