We are looking for SAP PP / QM Consultant for Multiple Projects across PAN India locations (Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Etc.)
Job Role: SAP PP Consultant
Location: PAN India
Notice Period: Immediate to 15Days!
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Relevant Exp: Minimum of 3 Years in SAP PP
Minimum 3 years of relevant domain experience in manufacturing industry and a minimum of 3 years of SAP PP / QM experience. Well-versed in S4 HANA/ ECC. Having good analytical and communication skills.
Experience in Implementation and Support Projects. Must possess in-depth knowledge in the below specified areas:
Master Data - Bill of materials, Work centers/ Resources, Routings/ Recipe, Production versions, Inspection Plan, Master inspection, Characteristics, Catalogues and Code groups.
Material Requirement Planning - Configuration and Integration with, Procurement, Sales and Distribution, New strategy definition.
Production Order Execution - Order confirmation, Goods issue, Goods receipt and Back flushing.
Quality Management - Quality in Procurement, Quality in Production, In process inspection, Calibration and Quality in Sales.
Should have experience in preparing Functional Specification, co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionalities.
Integration Expertise with FI/CO, MM, SD, PM and QM modules and experience in Data uploading tools like LSMW, LTMC and LTMOM.
Mapping the Technical Structure of the company from SAP PP and QM viewpoints.
Flexible Planning, Sales and Operations planning, Rough-Cut Capacity planning, Material requirement planning, scheduling, manufacturing execution, Long Term Planning along with the concepts of simulation and day to day planning process.
