Responsibilities:
Ensuring process documents and Work Instructions for Master Data service related to Customer and Vendor MasterFull understanding on landscape of Business Partners set up in Master Data Management.Maintaining reduction trend in no. of defects and ensuring to meet target as set by SMEs and Data Governance TeamParticipating in continuous improvement areasDesign Thinking Initiatives, Incident Process, Kaizens on Daily Management System and problem solving techniquesAbility to support all stages of a Master Data implementation projectAbility to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environmentA record of taking initiative (self-starter), driving results, and accepting increasing levels of responsibilityWell-rounded understanding of business, partner and project management practicesAbility to work effectively as part of a global team coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to solve functional and technical obstacles with customers under the direction of the Project Manager (PM)Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunitiesSupport in escalated projectsTakes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasksDetailed planning of process implementationDefine detailed blueprint for development requirementsDevelop and Assure quality of process modelsDemonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and toolsExecute changes to SAP Master Data (e.g. material, purchasing info record, bill of material etc.) as approved by the business,Coordinate material and finish products Master Data setup, validations and periodic maintenancePerform mass updates,Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions,Work with business units and process experts to resolve Master Data issues,Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of Master Data across business systems,Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed,Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation.
Requirements: Knowledge on SAP ECC system and a good understanding on the Tables and fields involved with respective domain.Prior experience on SAP Customer and Vendor Master Data Management and its output in terms of driving all data services tickets and providing Level 1/2 Support(Ref:www.freshersworld.com,freshersworld)
