Job Overview:We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance & REFX Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and real estate processes, with a focus on SAP Real Estate Flexible (REFX) module. This role requires expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and SAP REFX configuration.
Responsibilities: Financial Analysis:Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.
SAP REFX Configuration:Configure and maintain SAP REFX module to support real estate management processes.Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SAP REFX system.Real Estate Transactions:Manage real estate transactions, including lease agreements, acquisitions, and disposals.Collaborate with legal and business teams to ensure compliance with regulations.Budgeting and Forecasting:Develop and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes for real estate portfolios.Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
Financial Reporting:Generate and analyze financial reports related to real estate portfolios.Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial and real estate processes.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Proven experience in finance roles with a focus on real estate.In-depth knowledge of SAP Real Estate Flexible (REFX) module.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
