Project Role : Application Developer Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills : SAP CX Service Cloud C4C Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 Years continuous Education Key Reponsibilities : Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate solutions to the client; Facilitate and drive workshops to collect business requirements and prepare the requirement traceability matrix by understanding client business process; Proficient in Configure, Customizing and Testing of C4C Service Scenarios as per client requirements; Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions and come up with RICEFW; Document functional designs, test cases and results; Proactivel Technical Experience : Min of 2-5 years of work experience in SAP Service cloud in implementation or support projects; Experience Scoping Finetuning activities, Workflow, Approval Management, SLAs, Service Entitlements, Contracts, Channel configuration, Service Structure and Access User Management; Configuration knowledge for SAP Service Cloud for different scenarios, Industry scoping knowledge will be added advantage; Functional knowledge in integration between SAP Service Cloud and other SAP Systems like S/4 HANA Professional Attributes : Good understanding of the Service Cloud; Good communication; Ability to work in team environment; Analytical skills; Presentation skills; Flexibility of work
