Salesforce Release Management Consultant

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Release Management Consultant to join our CRM team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient deployment of Salesforce components across various environments using the Copado platform. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce Release Management, coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce release management, including hands-on experience with the Copado platform.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle, including sandboxes, version control, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data migration tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, and Copado Administrator are preferred but not mandatory
