Job Description : Salesforce Lead and Admin Location - Bangalore, Coimbatore, Noida Experience - 7 - 12 Years Salary - up to 29 LPA Must Have : - Senior role of Implementation Specialist - Experience in both development and admin - Minimum 5 - 6 years - Leading a team of 4 people with experience in Product Implementation. - Minimum 2 years - Salesforce Implementation Lead - Development and Admin Experience : 7 - 12 Years Location : Bangalore, Coimbatore, Noida Client-Facing Responsibilities : - Support the configuration of the Salesforce environment according to client specifications and project scope. - Design and provide training for clients at various levels, including administrator and end users based on project implementation goals. - Conduct discovery meetings with clients to determine requirements as appropriate - Follow best practices and standards in software design, development, and deployment. - Develop full migration and implementation plans that address both the tactical and strategic needs of the client. Requirements : - 7+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant - Salesforce Admin Certification is required. Additional Salesforce Certifications are preferred - Experience working with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement custom solutions - Strong knowledge of Agile project delivery practices, requirements gathering, user story prioritization and solid UAT guidelines required - Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations and other online collaboration tools like JIRA and Teams are required - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work as well as work independently is necessary - Demonstrated business aptitude with the ability to translate practical business concepts into technical specifications. - Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills. - Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing client demands. - Learning agility, including a demonstrated ability to pick up and master business and technical subject matters quickly Internal Responsibilities? - Own project delivery through full implementation lifecycle on multiple simultaneous projects. - Configure solutions with Salesforce products, as needed to complete project goals. - Plan and execute data migrations from legacy data systems to Salesforce. - Investigate and implement third-party tools that integrate with Salesforce. - Partner with the internal development team to create custom code, including composing user stories, testing, and deployment. - Provide weekly governance reports in a timely manner on overall project(s) status to project PM (ref:hirist.tech)
