Sales Representative - Pharma/Medical

Responsibilities:

Promoting Pharmaceutical Products: The primary duty of a Medical Representative is to market and promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. This involves engaging with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals to introduce and advocate for the company's medications and medical solutions.

Building Healthcare Relationships: Establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals is crucial. Building positive connections with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff is essential for building trust and confidence in the products you represent.

Meeting Sales Targets: Meeting specific sales targets and quotas is a key performance expectation. You'll be responsible for achieving these targets, which often involves effective communication and sales strategies.

Distributing Product Samples: You'll be tasked with distributing product samples to healthcare professionals. This is done to familiarize them with the pharmaceutical products, enabling them to make informed recommendations to patients.

Record Keeping: To monitor and analyze your progress, you'll need to maintain records. This includes keeping track of your interactions, sales, and other relevant data. This information is often used for performance evaluations and to make informed business decisions.

Qualifications:

Educational Requirement: Any Bachelor's degree is accepted, but a pharmaceutical background is preferred. This indicates that while a degree is necessary, having knowledge or experience in the pharmaceutical field is an advantage.
