Sales Representative ll

The position will be responsible for Sales, Marketing and Business Development of Research Chemicals- Advance Material Business. The job is expected to identify opportunities, develop & execute Strategies and drive sustainable growth improving market share for the product range offered by Research Chemical Business.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 
1. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize all opportunities within the specific regions for Research and Fine Chemicals Product range.
2. Develop and implement Strategies to grow the business in specific regions within India for Honeywell RC and FC products used in various Industrial processes and as well as applications such as Research & Development & Quality Control
3. Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and communicate to the wider organization.
4. Research customer needs and develop application of products and services in an effective manner by:
Researching and developing lists of potential customers
Following up on sales leads and developing leads
Establishing & maintaining industry contacts that lead to sales
Tracking customer and market data through the use of corporate sales tools. (Including but not limited to Sales Force Dot Com and PROS Smart CPQ)
5. Achieve annual Revenue and FAC targets for Research and Fine Chemicals in specific regions within India.
6. Participate in the industry events / trade shows and organize meetings with key decision makers of customers.                               7. Coordinate support efforts with extended organization (India) to provide timely customer support to local customers.
8. Develop sales presentations and close sales by:
Maintaining awareness of activities, industry trends & government regulations
Making regular sales calls to develop relationships and follow up on leads
Acting to close deals & finalize contracts on behalf of Honeywell, India
9. Participate in sales forecasting and planning in an effective manner by maintaining an up-to-date awareness of strategic account plans
10. Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers
11. Develop specific marketing activities for India based on inputs from Research and Fine Chemicals global marketing leaders.
To support on the day-to-day sales & marketing activities like customer relationships/ interaction, products to be introduced/ sold, pricing, payment terms etc. To support on the day-to-day Technical queries of customers products to be introduced. To support on development and implementation of strategy for India product range.
Keep track of new products, applications, promotion activities etc.

Postgraduate/Graduate Degree in Chemistry/Life Sciences from a recognized Institute with 10+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development, preferably worked or has relationship/ dealing with companies dealing in Chemicals/Biotechnology/Life Sciences.

2. Management Degree from Good recognized institute will be added advantage
Knowledge of India markets and experience of selling into the target industry strongly preferred.
Strong Selling, Presentation, Interpersonal Skills.
Strong organizational communication skills and experience working within a multi-national organization.
Good technical acumen & Strong organizational and tactical capabilities to simultaneously manage a large number of sales and customer support activities effectively.
Demonstrated ability in problem solving, and negotiation with special emphasis on closing the sale and “value-performance selling”.
In addition, proficiency in strategic account management to position Honeywell products in key programs and applications.
Experience managing large territories, key account plans and Research Chemicals offerings.
Ability to balance tactical and strategic initiatives
Adept at articulating value statements and delivering presentations.
Strong quantitative and analytical ability
