Job Location& Timing: Work from home (US Night Shift – 7.30 PM TO 3.30 AM IST)
Salary: As per Company Standards (Not a constraint for deserving candidate).

Education: Any Graduate with Excellent Communication Skills
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of telemarketing experience on calls for US customers
Job Description:-
- Experience in handling incoming and outbound calls
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Should have multi – tasking skills to toggle between emails and calls
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management.
- Needs to be a quick learner and come up with alternatives offering customers
- Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
- Preferably has some experience in the diamond, beauty/salon industry
- Expertise in maintaining high standards of customer service, with quality & service norms to achieve customer satisfaction and business retention.
- Ability to use sound decision-making skills and effectively perform in a self-directed work environment
- Needs to be aware of the US customs and traditions well .i.e. difference between Jewish and normal US holidays
Skills:-
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, VoIP and troubleshooting internet issues.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.
- Needs to be aware about SMO ( Social media Optimization)
- Proficient with MS Office.
