• Dispatch Planning: Lead end-to-end dispatches by arranging the most economic and fastest mode of transport and

conducts regular tracking Interfaces with customers for dispatch

• External Processing Agent (EPA) Management: Lead the Process of External Processing Agent as per contract of

Manufacturing or Subcontracting
Managerial

• Strategic Planning: Assisting Business Head in developing and implementing strategies according to Annual Business Plan

and support Business Team in achieving the ABP targets

• Reporting and Analysis: Preparing reports, presentations, and analysis for Process Optimization Function. Providing

insights and recommendations based on the data collected

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with marketing, product development, finance, and other departments to

ensure synergy in strategies and optimize outcomes

• Technology and Tools Implementation: Supporting in Identifying and implementing sales technologies and tools (like CRM

systems) to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
