| Roles & Responsibilities will be: |
| Sales of Small ticket LAP Loans |
| Understanding of Mortgage business particularly about small ticket LAP loans |
| Knowledge of local market conditions and about local industries as well |
| Competitor knowledge on the business loan products |
| Required Experience: |
| • 3+ years of experience in Small Ticket LAP |
