Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage clients of real estate developers in assigned territory
2. Conduct cold calls and visits to builders for the Apna GK brand demonstration
3. Acquire new projects and builders in designated territories
4. Build a network of builders through social media platforms
5. Communicate effectively in the local language
6. Demonstrate sales skills and flair
7. Possess basic knowledge of analytical tools
8. Willingness to travel as required with own two-wheeler
Offered stipend: Rs. 10,000 per month, with petrol reimbursement of Rs. 2.5 per km for official work and builder onboarding incentive.
