3. Acquire new projects and builders in designated territories
4. Build a network of builders through social media platforms

7. Possess basic knowledge of analytical tools
8. Willingness to travel as required with own two-wheeler
Offered stipend: Rs. 10,000 per month, with petrol reimbursement of Rs. 2.5 per km for official work and builder onboarding incentive.
