SUMMARY OF JOB
The Enablement Content Creator (ECC) is an innovative out-of-the-box thinker responsible for creating and maintaining sales content used by the sales team. Content includes sales training, sales tools, and content used during the sales cycle. The ECC can take complex information and communicate it simply and effectively. The ECC is highly skilled in layout, storytelling, script writing, graphic design, and video editing.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage stakeholders (sales leadership, salespeople, and sales operations) to capture content requirements for the sales organization.
- Develop a content strategy to create sales content to include branding, design, and style based on content type e.g., written, presentations, graphic, and/or video.
- Deliver sales content per the content strategy and solicit feedback from the sales team.
- Maintain Global Sales Enablement (GSE) Showpad content site which includes presentations, case studies, white papers, iconography, videos/ scripts, sales support material and infographics, etc.
- Collaborate with the Automation Orchestrator to automate/ store content so it’s easily accessible by the sales organization.
- Create user engagement/ communication strategy to ensure content usage and to collect feedback.
- Evangelize, train, mentor and coach sales team on content usage when applicable.
ENVIRONMENT
The ECC reports and receives direction from the head of Global Sales Enablement. Depending on the circumstances, the CCD may work in a HERE office and/or work remotely. This role may require some travel to various HERE locations to capture user requirements and/or to conduct training. This is a global role that may require working outside typical business hours. The most important personal brand quality a ECC can possess is delivering content that helps educate the sales team to enable them to execute the HERE Sales process.

IMPACT DECISION MAKING
The ECC is responsible for helping the sales organization reach quota targets.
Who are you?:
- Bachelors degree in, writing, graphic design, video editing and/or equivalent. Masters degree preferred but not required
- 7+ years experience in written communications, graphic design, video editing, content creation and content management
- Familiar with Showpad (or other content management system)
- Ability to simplify extremely complex information to make it understandable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with creative tools such as Sketch, Illustrator, Camtasia, and Photo Shop a plus
- Experience with writing AI prompts and AI super prompts a plus
- Experience using AI voice over tools a plus
- Ability to collaborate and operate in a “team-based” stakeholder environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time productively and effectively
