Job description

The position requires work in a US shift, accommodating Eastern or Pacific Time Zone hours.


Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential international clients through proactive outreach, market research, and strategic prospecting. Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and strategies.
  • Sales Outreach : Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling to nurture and qualify leads. Effectively communicate Thriving Springs' value proposition and tailor messages to resonate with international prospects.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and ensure a smooth handover for further engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align strategies and messaging.
  • Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for the sales and marketing teams.


Requirements :

  • 2-3 years of proven experience as an International Sales Representative in the USA/MENA region
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with international sales processes and cultural nuances.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation software.
