Responsibilities :

- Sales Outreach : Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling to nurture and qualify leads. Effectively communicate Thriving Springs' value proposition and tailor messages to resonate with international prospects.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and ensure a smooth handover for further engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align strategies and messaging.
- Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements :
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an International Sales Representative in the USA/MENA region
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with international sales processes and cultural nuances.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation software.
