Sales Associate

He or She is responsible for capturing customers demand (both Sales and sourcing) and completion of all needs up to the customer s satisfaction.

• Degree graduate (Preference for business degree)

• 4 years Sales Experience in Sales.

Detailed activities are as given below:

• Selling of Used Car.

• Generation of Used Car Enquiry.

• Generation of Evaluation of Enquiry.

• Coordination with the Vehicle Inspector

• Maintaining Daily Productivity target ( Enquiry & Sales)

• Conduct Location wise field activity.

• Conduct Post-Sales Follow-up after 3 days of vehicles delivery to check customer s satisfaction

• Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints as per promised time.

• Also Responsible for Service Activity

• Ensure cleanliness of front office

• Provide clear Vehicle cost for each vehicle

• Coordination of Vehicle Delivery Activity

• Maintain Reports

• Bring in ideas and events for better inflow of vehicles for evaluation & Sales, present the same with the respective manager and conduct one such events monthly.
