Roles and Responsibilities

1. Handling Retail network for the company

2. Making distribution networks wherever required.

3. Handling Team of ASM & RM.

4. Good Knowledge of TMT Steel and market.

5. Publicity And Marketing planning and execute brand promotion.

6. Motivating and following up with existing networks to maintain sales.

7. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.

8. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them

9. Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.

10. Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
