Job Description :-
BD & Marketing Coordinator collaborates, coordinates & supports the BD Managers, Marketing Manager & other departments to collate the market information & intelligence.
He/she will be responsible to systematically maintain & update BD information of Clients/Competition/Market/Business and translate it to meaningful intelligence.
He/she to support BD managers for preparing presentations, CRM database update & tracking visit reports.
Be an active participant for internal/external events related to Business Development.
Coordination with other departments for information flow & required support.
Keep track of upcoming / ongoing tenders & projects in the market using existing subscriptions, web based info and internal information.
Maintain a comprehensive events calendar including relevant conferences, exhibition, tradeshows and Fugro hosted client events.
Coordinate for submission of abstract and articles in events.
Creating content for our social media channels to promote our services and attendance at events
Key Result Area & Core Activities
Maintain BD Database:- Maintain Market/Business/Client/Competition information in a systematic/coordinated manner.
Avalon & Presentations:- He/she to support BD managers for preparing presentations, CRM database update & tracking visit reports.
Marketing / BD Events:- Be an active participant / contributor for internal/external events related to Marketing / Business Development.
Tracking Tenders:- Keep track of upcoming / ongoing tenders in the market.
Reinforce Fugro brand:-Maintain communication channels & social media, Create corporate media (photos, graphics and videos etc.)
Support to BD & Marketing Mangers:- Support to BD & Marketing Managers during their travel, presentations & Event Organizing
Years of Experience Required :- 1-3 Years
Qualification:- Bachelor Degree

HSE Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring safety of self and others at site. Prevent damage of equipment and assets Responsible for following all safety signs/procedures/ safe working practices Responsible for using appropriate PPE’s Responsible for participating in mock drills. Entitled to refuse any to undertake any activity considered unsafe. Responsible for filling up of hazard observation card, wherever hazard has been noticed at site. Responsible for safe housekeeping of his work place. To stop any operation that is deemed unsafe To be able to operate fire extinguisher in case of fire To report an incident as soon as possible to immediate supervisor and HSE manager To complete HSE trainings as instructed to do so
