Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled SailPoint IIQ Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a SailPoint IIQ Lead and a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development using Java. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of 4-7 resources.
Key Responsibilities:
♦ Lead and manage SailPoint IIQ development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
♦ Onboard multiple applications onto the SailPoint IIQ platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
♦ Provide technical expertise in SailPoint IIQ development and Java programming.
♦ Manage estimates, integrations, and resolve queries within the team and with customers.
♦ Develop and maintain SailPoint IIQ rules, workflows, and connectors.
♦ Create reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Dashboard Manager.
♦ Interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
♦ Handle client-facing responsibilities, including meetings, presentations, and discussions.
♦ Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical support and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
♦ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
♦ Minimum of 12 years of overall experience.
♦ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SailPoint IIQ Lead.
♦ Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development using Java.
♦ Strong leadership and team management skills.
♦ Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
♦ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
