Responsibilities :
- Lead scrum teams as the Product Owner for a cloud-based application.
- Provide guidance to the Agile delivery team, creating project requirements.
- Ensure the team has a sufficient number of prepared tasks at all times.
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development.
- Collaborate with the Field Product Manager to deliver on the roadmap.
- Keep Product Manager, Leadership, and stakeholders up to date on project progress.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes in alignment with the product strategy.
- Manage backlog, iteration planning, and user story elaboration.
- Collaborate with Product Management to maintain a product backlog based on business value or ROI.
- Lead product release planning and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
- Play an active role in addressing impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
- Stay informed about Agile/Scrum best practices and emerging trends.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Product Owner and Product Delivery Manager for at least 3 years.
- BA/BS degree in a technical (or related) field or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic vision.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Willingness to work the 2-11 PM shift and occasionally late-night US hours shift.
